Delete your Pengame account
Delete in the app or web account
Open Settings → Account, sign in if needed, choose Delete account and confirm. On the web, use the Account link below. Deletion removes the account, private votes and linked retry records; community totals update even for closed polls. Saved battles and lyric moments on your device remain.
If you cannot sign in
Use Forgot password on the Account screen. You can also email admin@chatboo.app from the account email with the subject Pengame account deletion. Do not send a password or verification code. We may ask for proportionate verification before deleting an account.
Processing and retained records
Deletion blocks new votes immediately and queues cleanup. Service failures may delay completion; contact support if needed. Seven-day deletion tombstones and database recovery copies and up to 14-day failed-delivery records can remain as explained in Privacy. Browser/device data and information held separately by Google are not removed by deleting a Pengame account.
